Ownership Structure

First Resources Limited has been listed on the Singapore Exchange since 2007 and complies with the rules and regulations of the stock exchange. As at 8 March 2024, three substantial shareholders, Eight Capital Inc., Infinite Capital Fund Limited and FMR LLC own 66.9%, 5.7% and 5.5% respectively. Approximately 21.9% of First Resources' shares are held in the hands of public.
